Research paper schedule released
Categories: Conferences and Symposia
The MIT Sloan Sports Analytics Conference has released the list of finalists of their research paper competition. One of the papers is — surprise, surprise — on the Pythagorean expectation in baseball, examining how run distribution affects the win percentage of a team. It's written by a physics professor at Iowa State.
