The 2017 Conference of the International Federation of Operations Research Societies (IFORS) announced its Call for Papers for the OR in Sports session.  The conference will bring together leading researchers in operations research from all over the world, and is scheduled for 17-21 July in Québec City, Canada.

The OR in Sports session will exhibit paper presentations on topics that cover the intersection of sports with optimization, analytics, graph theory, mathematics, and statistics.  It will be organized by Profs. Dries Goosens (University of Ghent, Belgium) and James Cochran (University of Alabama).
