Sorry for the long gap between posts; I've been busy with the start of the CONCACAF Hexagonal on my other websites.

The site continues to get some attention and comments, and I'm appreciative for both.  I was pointed to some websites that are heavily involved in statistical analysis for soccer, and I've included them in the blogroll.  I think I'm going to have to come up with a title other than "Research Groups" – not all of them are academic groups.  Perhaps "Practitioners" is a better term.  Oh well, it's a work in progress.

Expect some more posts in the coming days, as I play catch-up in the lull between the Hexagonal and the CONCACAF Champions League.
